About the condition and pricing of books

Pricing of the books are based on internet searches yielding high and low prices with consideration given to the described condition of other sellers books.

We generally set the prices midway between the high and low values in deference to the condition. Higher prices generally reflect scarcity, or literary recognition as an important work. We might also note that a higher price may also reflect an attachment to the book and ambivalence towards its sale as we are not discarding the entire library.
